Covid-19 : Maintaining skin health while being protected against the virus

The Covid-19 virus has disrupted our everyday life. Health is more than ever our priority, adopt together the right gestures to protect yourself and your health.

Respecting protective measures provided by Health authorities¹:

Wash your hands properly & frequently: regularly and thoroughly cleanse your hands with a dermatological cleansing gel for at least 40-60 seconds or cleanse with a hydro-alcoholic gel.
Maintain social distancing: maintain at least 1 meter (3 feet) distance between yourself and anyone.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth: if you feel any irritation, clean your nose with physiological serum. If your eyes feel sore, use artificial tears.
Practice respiratory hygiene: cover your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or a clean tissue when you cough or sneeze. Then dispose the used tissue immediately.
In case of fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical care early.
Stay informed and follow advice given by your national and local public health authority on how to protect yourself in the most appropriate manner from COVID-19.
